About Us

We’re Osorio's Latin Fusion, and we’ve been a fusion restaurant here in Appleton, WI, since 2012. We offer handcrafted, mouthwatering, distinct dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, using a combination of recipes handed down through generations of our families and completely new, creative dishes created by our culinary team. Our robust menu offers a wide variety of lunch, dinner, dessert, and wine options, as well as child-friendly favorites. We offer catering and can host all of your special events in our private banquet space. We have party packages to accommodate the size of your group. We host various live music, entertainment, and community events throughout the year. We're looking forward to partnering with the Fox Valley area as we introduce our third seasonal food truck. Our Story

After years in the restaurant industry, husband & wife, Liborio Torres Osorio & Kim Finnell, wanted to operate a place they called their own. Liborio's brother, Edgar Torres, completed the ownership trifecta, representing many decades of experience in the restaurant business. Liborio had a strong vision that Appleton, Wisconsin was the right location to bring their dream to life, but the venue was not as clear. As fate would have it, she walked into a restaurant as the owner was permanently closing the business, and Osorio's Latin Fusion was born. 12 years later, Osorio’s Latin Fusion operates a restaurant space beloved by customers, as well as four seasonal food trucks and two catering vehicles to accommodate events and deliveries.

When it comes to delicious Latin cuisine with a unique twist, no one does it better than Osorio’s Latin Fusion. Every dish that we create is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. When finessed together, they form a meal that is mouthwatering and distinct. Our recipes are either handed down from our families, or completely new dishes made by our creative culinary team.
