After years in the restaurant industry, husband and wife Liborio Torres Osorio and Kim Finnell set out to create a place they could truly call their own. Joined by Liborio’s brother, Edgar Torres, they combined decades of experience and a shared vision. When fate led them to a closing restaurant in Appleton, Wisconsin, their dream took shape. Thirteen years later, they proudly run a beloved restaurant, four seasonal food trucks, and two catering vehicles serving the community.
